PANTAI PANJANG

Bengkulu is one of the provinces in Indonesia. It has many tourism places that can be visited such as Pantai Panjang, Fort Malborough, Tapak Padri, Jakat beach, Kualo beach, Lake Dendam Tak Sudah, Suekarno’s residents and there are many tourism places outside Bengkulu city such as in North Bengkulu, Curup and South Bengkulu. But in this article I will discuss about Pantai Panjang or Gading Cempaka Beach.

Pantai Panjang is the most populer tourism object in Bengkulu. It is located in 3 km from the capital.We reach it by public transportation or Delman but if it’s your just coming. It is suggested to go by Delman in other to see a view of Bengkulu. It will be such an unforgettable experience for you. As you know, the length of Pantai Panjang is 7 km, so it is hard if we walk along the shore. May be it is one of the reasons why this beach was also called as Pantai Panjang. This beach has different features from other beaces. We can see sea pine trees which provide comfortable and calm situation if we stand under them. It also has white sand that beautiful the view. It is also perfect place if you want to enjoy the sunset. Many people go to panjang beach with their family especially in holidays. The visitors usually choose Pantai Panjang to get togather with their family.

There are many facilities that can be found in Pantai Panjang. Many cottages are available as well as other recreation fasilities. There are restaurants and hotels so tourist is easy to stay in this beach. There is also sport center in this beach. There, we can find out some basketball court, tennis court, and jogging track along the beach. Beside that there are Bengkulu Indah Mall (BIM) and a public waterpool. Those facilities are a form of government to be Pantai Panjang as an International Tourism. That all can be happened if socialize of Bengkulu also help government in create Pantai Panjang as an International Tourism such as keep the facilities and make comfortable the visitors.
